    一项对2000至2011年间513例初次单侧全髋关节置换术（THA）患者的二级分析开发并验证了预测术后3年和5年疼痛评分的机器学习模型。13个模型中非线性方法表现最佳，CatBoost均方误差在T3为2.70、T5为4.11，疼痛严重程度分类准确率90.1%；年龄、BMI、腰/颈疾病史及WOMAC和ICOAP部分条目为关键预测因子。作者指出模型尚需外部验证，才可能用于识别持续疼痛高风险患者。
